Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
Please send your withdrawal request by e-mail to: info@ayunaritual.hu
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days to the address provided by us.

Return Process
– Write to us at info@ayunaritual.hu (include your order number, the product, and mention “withdrawal”).
– We will reply with the return address / return label and instructions.
– Please repackage the product carefully. The original packaging is not required, but it helps avoid depreciation in value.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items — in these cases, we cover the cost.

Condition and Testing
You may test the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
You are responsible for any loss of value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Such depreciation may be deducted from your refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon receipt.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, notify us immediately by e-mail.
In such cases, return shipping is free for you, and we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– perishable goods;
– customized or personalized products;
– sealed hygiene items once the seal has been broken.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
(Note: Sale items are also eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal.)

Refunds
Once we receive your notification, we will refund the full amount within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until the product is received, or until proof of return is provided (whichever occurs first).
Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
If you have not received your refund within 15 days after approval, please contact us at info@ayunaritual.hu.

Dropshipping and Processing
Returns and claims are handled in cooperation with our dropshipping partners (Appscenic, Syncee).
Once the supplier confirms approval, we will initiate your refund or replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted product and place a new order.
In case of a faulty or incorrect item, a direct replacement can be arranged.

Partial Returns
For orders with multiple products, partial returns are possible.
Refunds will cover the price of the returned product(s) only.
