Shipping policy

Shipping Methods
Our orders are fulfilled using a dropshipping model, directly from our partners’ (Appscenic, Syncee) European warehouses.
This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality products.

Delivery Time
General delivery time: 1–15 business days
Processing time: 1–3 business days, which is added to the delivery time.
Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery times.
For some products, delivery times may vary – this will be indicated on the product page.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the total order value:
– 790 HUF
– Free shipping for orders over 18 990 HUF
The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before completing your order.

Shipping Area
We currently deliver within Hungary only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Partners
Deliveries are handled by various logistics providers chosen by our suppliers (e.g. GLS, DPD, DHL).
When your tracking number is issued, we’ll inform you which courier will deliver your parcel.
