Subject of Service
The Ayuna Ritual online store specializes in the sale of ayurvedic lifestyle and yoga products. Purchases are made exclusively online, with home delivery.

1. Order Process
The customer places the selected products in the cart.
On the checkout page, shipping and billing details are provided, and the preferred payment method is selected.
After placing the order, the system automatically sends a confirmation e-mail.
Processing and fulfillment begin after this confirmation.
The customer is notified by e-mail about the order status (e.g., when the parcel is shipped).

2. Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through the Appscenic and Syncee dropshipping networks, directly from European suppliers.
Delivery time: 5–15 business days.
If multiple products are ordered, the packages may arrive separately.

3. Payment Options
– Credit card payment via secure, SSL-encrypted interface.
– PayPal for fast and secure online payments.
– Cash on delivery: payment in cash or by card to the courier. A handling fee may apply, displayed during checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt, without justification.
Withdrawal requests must be sent by e-mail to info@ayunaritual.hu.

Return process:
Notify us in writing of your intent to withdraw.
We will provide the return address in our reply.
Please return the product in undamaged condition, preferably in its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
After the returned product arrives, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or hygiene-sensitive products, nor to food and beverage items.

5. Complaints Handling
For any questions or complaints, please contact us at info@ayunaritual.hu.
We will begin investigating your complaint immediately and respond in writing within 30 days at the latest.

6. Data Protection
Data management is carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and the principles set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Other Provisions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
The amended version becomes effective on the date it is published on the website.
